• These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for all photography sessions and website use. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the policies listed below.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your session date.

• Remaining balances are due on or before the session date unless otherwise stated.

• Session dates are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non‑refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

• No‑shows or last‑minute cancellations (under 48 hours) forfeit all payments.

• Weather‑related rescheduling will be handled at the photographer’s discretion.

4. Turnaround Time

• Standard gallery delivery is typically within 2–3 weeks.

• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

5. Image Rights & Usage

• The photographer retains all copyrights to images.

• Clients receive personal-use rights to download, print, and share images.

• Commercial use, resale, or editing of images is not permitted without written permission.

• The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared.

• For outdoor sessions, clients assume responsibility for personal safety andbelongings.

• For motorcycle sessions, all riding must be done safely and legally; the photographer does not direct or encourage unsafe actions.

7. Photographer Responsibilities

• Provide professional-quality images and a safe, respectful environment.

• Communicate clearly regarding expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

8. Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of photography, all payments are non‑refundable.

• Refunds are only issued if the photographer must cancel and cannot reschedule.

9. Liability

• The photographer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage during sessions.

• The photographer is not responsible for lost or damaged digital files after delivery.

10. Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
